Setting a broad revenue goal is not good enough when building your territory/business plan. You need to get more granular in your goal-setting. A best practice is to further segment your revenue goal into sources of revenue. For example, you might break your goal into revenue-sourcing categories like these:
- Product groups
- Services offerings
- Transaction sizes
